VitalHub Announces Expansion of AI Capabilities with Launch of AI Scribe

2026-09-15T11:00:00Z

TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VitalHub Corp. (TSX:VHI) (OTCQX:VHIBF) (the “Company” or “VitalHub”) announced today the launch of VitalHub AI Scribe, an ambient clinical intelligence (“ACI”) solution that captures conversations, identifies clinically relevant information, and automatically generates documentation, including case notes, transcriptions, client summaries, and patient summaries. By transforming conversations into structured documentation, AI Scribe helps health and human services professionals spend more time with patients and clients and less time completing paperwork. AI Scribe is going to be offered in VitalHub’s CaseWORKS and TREAT solutions.

Designed to scale across the VitalHub portfolio, AI Scribe brings practical AI capabilities directly into existing solutions. As a natively embedded module, the solution integrates seamlessly into the workflows organizations already rely on, enabling adoption without additional systems, interfaces, or disruption to daily operations.

AI Scribe is part of VitalHub’s growing investment in AI-powered capabilities. As both a developer and acquirer of best-of-breed software solutions, VitalHub is uniquely positioned to embed AI solutions across a broad range of workflows, delivering scalable technologies that help customers meet evolving demands while remaining focused on the people they serve.

Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington (“CMHA WW”) became the first organization to deploy VitalHub AI Scribe through the CaseWORKS case management solution. Beginning with its intake teams, CMHA WW will benefit from AI-assisted documentation to improve efficiency, staff productivity, and client service delivery.

CaseWORKS and TREAT collectively support an initial serviceable market of approximately 22,000 practitioners. This expansion demonstrates the portability of VitalHub’s AI capabilities across its product portfolio and provides a repeatable model for delivering new functionality through the software environments customers and practitioners already use.

"AI Scribe reflects VitalHub's approach to delivering practical AI that addresses real-world challenges for our customers,” said Dan Matlow, CEO of VitalHub. “We see significant opportunities to extend this capability across our portfolio and are pleased to begin with CMHA WW."

"Our staff are passionate about supporting the individuals that we serve, and are often burdened by documentation requirements that continue to grow,” said Helen Fishburn, CEO of CMHA WW. “We sought a solution that could help reduce time spent on administrative tasks without disrupting how our staff work. The AI Scribe module is helping to streamline documentation, and giving our team members more time to focus on what matters most, supporting our clients and community.”
