Hypertension: Management and avoidance
In the US, hypertension, often known as high blood pressure, affects around 80 million people. Because hypertension does not cause any symptoms, it is known as the “silent killer.” This illness shortens life. This classification is regrettable, though, as many people with hypertension—though not all of them—experience symptoms like headaches, exhaustion, and chest pain that are connected to their high blood pressure.
