TherapyNotes Expands Features with New Outcome Measure and Enhanced HIE Support
TherapyNotes has rolled out new updates, including the addition of the C-SSRS tool for suicide risk assessment, expanded Health Information Exchange (HIE) support with integration for Connecticut’s Connie, DSM-5 code descriptions to improve diagnostic clarity, and Spanish-language support for password resets in TherapyPortal.
To strengthen HIE capabilities, TherapyNotes now integrates with Connecticut’s Connie in addition to the existing integration with North Carolina’s HealthConnex.
As part of these improvements, a new HIE settings page has been introduced, giving you control over how connections are configured. TherapyNotes will automatically transmit the necessary data once relevant notes are signed by a participating clinician. Data is shared only for patients who live in the connected state and are linked to at least one participating payer. On the settings page, you can define the list of participating clinicians and payers for each connection.
