Tenet Healthcare Corporation and UCI Health Reach Final Agreement to Buy Four Hospitals in Southern California

In order to acquire Tenet’s Pacific Coast Network, The Regents of the University of California, acting on behalf of the University of California, Irvine, have finalized an agreement with Tenet Healthcare Corporation. The network will merge with UC Irvine’s clinical organization, UCI Health.
